Under his leadership the company has grown from a single partnership in the Ashanti Region to a six-nation operation delivering over one million troy ounces of certified gold to institutional investors worldwide.

With 20 years in mining operations across West and East Africa, Amara oversees our six-nation extraction and processing network. His operational philosophy centres on safety-first culture, lean processing, and continuous improvement — reducing extraction costs by 18% while improving yield quality across all sites.

Dr. Fatima Osei
Chief Sustainability Officer
A geologist and environmental scientist with a PhD from the University of Cape Town, Fatima leads our land restoration programmes and holds our RJC and LBMA certifications to the highest international standard. She pioneered our blockchain traceability system and oversees environmental compliance across all operating regions.

James brings 18 years of commodity finance experience from London and Nairobi. He structures transparent investment vehicles that connect global capital to African gold, and has led three successful institutional funding rounds totalling $240M. His expertise in LBMA-compliant bullion finance has been instrumental in Africa Gold's international expansion.

Nadia leads talent strategy, miner welfare programmes, and community relations across all six operating nations. She has built Africa Gold's workforce from 120 to over 2,400 people, implementing industry-leading safety training, fair-wage frameworks, and career development pathways for artisanal miners.

Chief Technology Officer
Emmanuel leads our technology and innovation agenda — from AI-powered ore analysis to digital provenance platforms. His team developed the proprietary GoldTrace system that provides real-time GPS tracking and blockchain verification for every shipment from mine to vault.
