How We Achieve 99.99%
Miller Chlorination
Doré is melted and chlorine gas is bubbled through the melt. Silver and base metals form chlorides that float to the surface as slag, leaving gold at 99.5%+ purity.
Electrolytic Refining
The 99.5% gold is cast into anodes and refined electrolytically in a Wohlwill cell, producing 99.99% pure gold cathodes.
Melting & Casting
Pure gold cathodes are melted in induction furnaces and cast into bar moulds. Each bar is weighed to within 0.01 troy oz of its nominal weight.
Hallmarking
Each bar is stamped with our hallmark, a unique serial number, the fineness, and the year of production. A QR code linking to the GoldTrace record is laser-engraved.
Independent Assay
Every batch is independently assayed by an internationally accredited laboratory. The assay certificate confirms fineness, weight, and bar serial numbers.
Packaging & Dispatch
Bars are individually sealed in tamper-evident packaging and dispatched under secure chain of custody to LBMA-approved vaults.

The London Bullion Market Association Good Delivery standard is the most widely recognised quality benchmark in the global gold market.
